• Cookbook and digital resource information
• Recipious news and updates
• Special offers and promotions
• Responses to inquiries
• Customer-support communications
• Other Recipious content consistent with the consent provided

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

SMS consent applies only to messages sent by MARIYA LLC as the operator of Recipious.

You will receive text messages only after expressly opting in through an authorized Recipious opt-in method.

By providing your mobile phone number and expressly consenting to receive text messages, you confirm that:

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent you the message.

After you send STOP, you may receive one final text message confirming your unsubscribe status. You will then receive no further SMS messages from that program unless you separately opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our complete control.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Recipious SMS program or have the authorization of the applicable account holder.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be transferred to third parties for their independent marketing.

The website located at recipious.com, including its content, features, recipes, culinary information, cookbooks, digital resources, communications, and related services, is owned and operated by MARIYA LLC under the Recipious brand.

In these Terms, “Recipious,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to MARIYA LLC as the operator of Recipious. “Site” refers to the Recipious website and related online experiences.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site for lawful personal and noncommercial purposes.

Unless expressly authorized, you may not:

• The material does not violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You grant MARIYA LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, edit, publish, display, distribute, and promote submitted material for purposes connected with operating and promoting Recipious.

This license does not transfer ownership of your original material to MARIYA LLC.

Recipious provides recipes, food information, cooking ideas, culinary inspiration, and related content for general informational and entertainment purposes.

Recipes and food-related information may need to be adjusted based on individual ingredients, equipment, preparation methods, serving sizes, environmental conditions, and personal preferences.

Users are responsible for exercising appropriate care when purchasing, preparing, cooking, storing, serving, and consuming food.

You are responsible for considering your own allergies, food sensitivities, dietary restrictions, ingredient tolerances, and other individual circumstances.

Recipious does not guarantee that any recipe or food-related content is appropriate for every individual.
